Resep Wajik Ketan Hitam

BAHAN:
• 200 gram beras ketan hitam
• 200 gram beras ketan
• 150 gram gula merah
• 50 gram gula pasir
• 350 ml santan kental
• 2 lembar daun pandan
• 1/2 sendok teh garam
CARA MEMBUAT WAJIK KETAN HITAM:
1. Kukus beras ketan hitam dan beras ketan selama 20 menit.
Sementara itu rebus santan, gula merah, gula pasir, daun pandan, dan garam sampai merambut.
2. Masukkan ketan. Aduk rata sampai matang. Angkat dan ratakan di loyang lalu potong-potong.
