If you have SAMSUNG G355H Galaxy Core 2 mobile phone and having freezing, slow battery or charging issue then you can hard reset your mobile by using given blow methods.

First method:

  • In the starting "switch off" the SAMSUNG Galaxy Core 2 mobile by pressing the Power button.
  • Afterwards press and hold together the Volume Up + Home + Power key for 5-10 seconds.

You can use second method:

  • Start by turning on the device by using the Power key if it is switched off or
